The executive team has, on average, 17 years of industry experience having developed, financed and commercialized clean energy projects worldwide since 2006.

He began his industry career in 2007 with the Power, Water & Utilities team at KfW IPEX-Bank, Germany’s largest project finance institution, where he financed solar, wind, transmission, and water desalination projects around the world. Later, he led deal teams to closing over 400 MW of solar, wind, and methane gasification projects as a co-founder of the Office of Renewable Energy at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
Tim is a veteran of the US Navy having served as a Lieutenant with the US Military Observer Group Liberia and with Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare Unit 106 deployed to Kuwait and Iraq. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies and New York University, his hobbies include diving, spearfishing, hiking, and white water rafting.
Later, Robin would also lead the development team at another utility-scale solar company, successfully originating and developing over 2,000 MW of solar across the US since then. Over the past 17 years, Robin has also led companies into new markets, including Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Robin also served in the US Army for 10 years as a Field Artillery Officer with deployments as a Battery Commander to Iraq. He received his Bachelor’s in Citrus Science from Florida Southern College and his MBA from University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. When he’s not spending time with his family in West Palm Beach, you can find him out in the Florida waters searching for that trophy marlin.
Manoj’s entry into the power sector began in the early 2000s as US markets deregulated. His portfolio quickly expanded to North America and Europe, in parallel with the cross-border activities of his clients. Since then, he’s led commercial activities on more than 50 GW of power and capacity, including originations, marketing, trading, and structuring complex power contracts across most of the US wholesale markets.
Manoj is passionate about being part of the clean energy transition and focusing on social responsibilities around the development of renewable energy projects. Manoj has graduate degrees in Engineering and Operations Research from BITS in Pilani, India, and the University of Missouri. His hobbies include traveling, hiking, and sailplane gliding.
